2. The total reported in Column 5 includes (i) the newly awarded share units, (ii) grants totaling 66,666 restricted stock units previously awarded to the Reporting Person, (iii) 49,985.953 share units previously credited to the Reporting Person pursuant to the Plan and (iv) 51,036 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock.
