1. THIS FORM 4 DOES NOT CONCERN THE SALE OF ANY SHARES. IT ONLY CONCERNS THE TRANSFER BY THE REPORTING PERSON OF SHARES OF THE ISSUER'S CLASS A COMMON STOCK TO HIS TRUST. SEE ADDITIONAL FOOTNOTES BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION.

2. 28,143 of these securities are Restricted Stock Units, each representing a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.

3. On June 13, 2024, the Reporting Person transferred 18,227 shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock to the A.G. Lafley Revocable Trust for no consideration. The Reporting Person is trustee of the trust and remains the beneficial owner of the securities held by the trust.
