2. These shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, are owned by Mr. David Lavigne's spouse. Mr. Lavigne disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

3. This warrant was granted on February 28, 2024, and began vesting in two equal annual installments on February 28, 2025.
