1. Represents the acquisition of 32,000 ordinary shares pursuant to an award of restricted stock units in the form of American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"). Each ADS represents 8 ordinary shares. The RSUs were granted and fully vested on Sep 23, 2026, subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying award agreement.
