Represents the number of shares of Class A Common Stock issued to the Reporting Person pursuant to an award of restricted stock units as compensation for the Reporting Person's service on the Issuer's board of directors. The award vests in full on the earlier of the first anniversary of the grant date or the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer.
