Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 26, 2025, for personal tax and estate planning purposes, Mr. Morehouse made an irrevocable election to contribute shares of ATI common stock to an exchange fund in exchange for shares of the exchange fund, and the shares were transferred to an escrow account pending closing of the transaction, which occurred on April 1, 2025. The ATI common stock contributed to the fund was valued at $52.03 per share for purposes of determining the number of shares of the exchange fund issuable to Mr. Morehouse.
