Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects a 1-for-50 reverse stock split effected by the Issuer on August 16, 2024.

2. On May 16, 2025, the Reporting Person purchased 42,352 shares of Class A Common Stock from Novator Capital Sponsor Ltd., a Cyprus limited liability company ("NCSL") for aggregate consideration of $597,166.87. The consideration is in the form of an interest free debt owed by the Reporting Person to NCSL and payable upon demand of NCSL.
