Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents par value of ALGN common stock.

2. 100% of the restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on May 22, 2024 vested on May 21, 2025 and shares were delivered to the Reporting Person.

3. 100% of the RSUs granted on May 21, 2025 will become vested on the earlier of (i) May 21, 2026 or (ii) the date of the next annual meeting of stockholders. Shares will be delivered to the Reporting Person on such vesting date assuming the continued service of the Reporting Person on such vesting date.
