Explanation of Responses:

1. .7924 Dividend Equivalent Units ("DEUs") were deducted from the total due to fractional shares being paid in cash.

2. Each DEU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share of FDP. DEUs are subject to the same restrictions and vesting criteria based on the underlying Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") to which they relate.

3. Includes 62.4906 shares acquired through a dividend reinvestment plan.

4. The RSUs convert to Ordinary Shares on a one-for-one basis.

5. These RSUs vested on the one-year anniversary of the grant date (May 7, 2024).

6. These RSUs shall vest on the one-year anniversary of the grant date (May 5, 2025).
