1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Impinj common stock.

2. On June 6, 2024, the reporting person was granted 1,811 RSUs. These RSUs fully vested on June 5, 2025.

3. The RSUs will fully vest on the earlier of June 5, 2026 or the date of the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.
