The Reporting Person is the managing member of Yorkmont Capital Management, LLC, which is the general partner of Yorkmont Capital Partners, LP. Mr. Rein and Yorkmont Capital Management, LLC are indirect beneficial owners of the reported securities.

2. Represents the weighted average of open market purchase transactions ranging from $6.1500 to $6.3757 per share.
