Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 30, 2025, the Reporting Person received a pro-rated annual outside director grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") for 174 shares of KLA common stock. The RSUs vest on the earliest to occur of (i) November 6, 2025, (ii) immediately prior to the next annual meeting of stockholders, and (iii) ten days prior to a change of control of KLA.

2. The number of shares of KLA common stock includes 174 shares issuable upon vesting of RSUs.
