Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units (RSUs) automatically granted the day after the issuer's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The RSUs will fully vest and convert into shares of the issuer's common stock on the earlier of June 11, 2027 and the issuer's 2027 annual meeting of stockholders, subject to continuous service with the issuer through the applicable vesting date.

2. The Reporting Person is a manager of NEA 13 GP, LLC, which is the sole general partner of NEA Partners 13, L.P. ("NEA Partners 13"). NEA Partners 13 is the sole general partner of New Enterprise Associates 13, L.P. ("NEA 13"), the direct beneficial owner of the securities. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership within the meaning of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise of such portion of the securities held by NEA 13 in which the Reporting Person has no pecuniary interest.

3. The Reporting Person is a manager of NEA 17 GP, LLC, which is the sole general partner of NEA Partners 17, L.P. ("NEA Partners 17"). NEA Partners 17 is the sole general partner of New Enterprise Associates 17, L.P. ("NEA 17"), which is the direct beneficial owner of the securities. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership within the meaning of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise of such portion of the securities held by NEA 17 in which the Reporting Person has no pecuniary interest.
