Explanation of Responses:

1. This reported transaction involved the reporting person's grant of 36,069 restricted stock units ("RSU"), which shall fully vest upon the earlier of the one (1) year anniversary of the grant date or on the day prior to Loop Industries, Inc.'s (the "Company") next annual meeting of stockholders occurring after the grant date, provided that the Reporting Person continues to serve as a non-employee director through the applicable vesting date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's common stock.
