Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person was granted restricted stock units ("RSUs"), each of which represents a contingent right to receive one Class A common shares of eToro Group Ltd. The RSUs shall fully vest on April 1, 2027, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Company or its subsidiaries through the vesting date.
