Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 4, 2025, the reporting person received a grant of 1,880 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), convertible into common stock of the issuer on a one-for-one basis. The RSUs vest in three approximately equal installments on March 1, 2026, March 1, 2027 and March 1, 2028, subject to accelerated vesting under certain conditions.
