Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a grant of service-based restricted share units that generally vest in substantially equal amounts on each of the first three anniversaries of the date of grant.

2. Prior to the commencement of trading on August 19, 2024, the common shares of SITE Centers Corp. were subject to a 1-for-4 reverse stock split, resulting in the reporting person's ownership of approximately one-fourth as many shares as previously reported. The transaction reported in this report is disclosed on a split-adjusted basis.
