Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person received restricted stock units ("RSUs") on June 9, 2025 having a value equal to approximately $170,000.00 based on the closing price per share of the Issuer's common stock on June 9, 2025. The RSUs will fully vest on the first anniversary of the grant date, subject to continued service on the Board of Directors, and will be settled by delivery of shares of common stock.

2. Owned as Joint Tenants in Common by: (i) The Thomas A Szlosek 2013 Revocable Living Trust, of which the Reporting Person and the Reporting Persons spouse serve as joint trustees and the Reporting Person is the sole beneficiary, and (ii) The Sheryl E Szlosek 2013 Revocable Living Trust, of which the Reporting Person and the Reporting Persons spouse serve as joint trustees and the Reporting Persons spouse is the sole beneficiary.
