Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 14, 2026, the Reporting Person was granted 80,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") of the Issuer pursuant to the Cyabra, Inc. 2026 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, vesting over three years through April 1, 2029. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
