Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported amount reflects the transfer of 1,125 shares of Class A Common Stock on August 27, 2026, from the Reporting Person's direct holdings to the Andrea L Wong Living Trust. The Reporting Person is the trustee and sole beneficiary of the trust.

2. These shares are held directly by Andrea L Wong Living Trust for which the Reporting Person serves as trustee. The Reporting Person is the sole beneficiary of the trust.

3. A portion of these securities are Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.
