Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 4 reflects that the sales by the reporting person of an aggregate of 12,891 shares reported on a Form 4 filed on October 28, 2025 were effected by mistake. On October 29, 2025 these shares were rescinded through the broker's error account and therefore are deemed to have never occurred.
