On May 2, 2022, DocuSign, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Trâm Phi, the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, from her positions with the Company, effective May 13, 2022. Ms. Phi’s resignation was a personal decision to pursue other interests and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
