Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 22, 2024, DUET Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), caused to be deposited $40,000 into the Company’s trust account, allowing the Company to extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month from August 24, 2024 to September 24, 2024 (the “August Extension”). The August Extension is permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
