Nikols will oversee sales across North America, Central America, and South America, reporting to Paul Taylor, President, DXC Technology.

Nikols brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology sales teams and building high-performing commercial organizations. His appointment reinforces DXC's focus on strengthening sales execution, improving customer coverage, accelerating AI-driven growth, and bringing greater commercial discipline across one of the company's largest regions.

Most recently, Nikols served as Chief Revenue Officer at Mobile Communications America, where he was accountable for bookings across the company's public safety and enterprise customer portfolio. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales at Verizon Business, where he led enterprise sales teams through a period of strong growth. He is also a four-time Technology Services Industry Association Star Award winner and a Forbes Business Development Council member.
