Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 28, 2022, Dynatronics Corporation issued a press release to announce that it would release its earnings and results of operations of its fiscal year third quarter ended March 31, 2022 on May 12, 2022 and hold a conference call and webcast with management to discuss the results. A copy of the release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information set forth under this Item 7.01 and in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.
