Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 30, 2021, Geoff Pardo resigned from the Board of Directors of Eargo, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Pardo’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
