On October 23, 2025 , EastGroup Properties, Inc. (the "Company") furnished the following documents: (i) a press release relating to its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 and related matters; and (ii) quarterly supplemental financial information for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025.
