Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 27, 2022, Christopher M. Connor informed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of his intention to resign from the Board, effective August 31, 2022, due to his other personal, charitable and professional commitments. He expressed full support of the Board and senior leadership, as well as profound respect for Eaton gained over 16 years of service.
