Item 8.01 – Other Events

On January 23, 2024, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Elevance Health, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend to the Company’s shareholders of $1.63 per share. This quarterly dividend is payable on March 22, 2024 to shareholders of record as of March 8, 2024.
