Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 24, 2023, Elevate Credit, Inc. (the "Company") announced senior leadership restructuring plans contingent upon the closing of the previously announced transaction. As a part of that restructuring, the Chief Operating Officer position held by Scott Greever is being eliminated. In accordance with the change in control provisions in his previously filed employment agreement, this triggers the termination provision of that agreement. Greever will remain with the Company pending the closing of the acquisition.

The Company commends Mr. Greever's 14 years of service dating back to the predecessor. "Scott has overseen the operations and development of all major products at Elevate," said CEO, Jason Harvison. "I want to personally thank Scott for his leadership and contributions over the last 14 years."
