Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 2, 2023, Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that announced the acquisition of two adjacent properties located at 157-159 Wythe Avenue and 77 North 6^th Street in Brooklyn, NY.
