On April 25, 2024, Employers Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and financial supplement announcing results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. On April 24, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on May 22, 2024 to stockholders of record as of May 8, 2024.
