Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officer.

On July 20, 2023, Energous Corporation (the “Company”) announced that William Mannina has resigned from his position as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 16, 2023. The Company is in the process of engaging a replacement Interim Chief Financial Officer.
