Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 11, 2023, Alaina K. Brooks Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of EnLink Midstream Manager, LLC, the managing member of EnLink Midstream, LLC (the “Company”), will depart from the Company.

The departure will constitute a “Qualifying Termination” under the terms of the Severance Agreement previously entered into by Ms. Brooks and the Company, and under the terms of the outstanding restricted incentive units (including performance-based restricted incentive units) granted to her under the Company’s 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
