On May 27, 2024, Eric Conley notified Envista Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) that he will step down as SVP and President, Orthodontics of the Company, effective June 3, 2024 to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Conley's decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
