Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 30, 2025, Robert R. Wingo notified EQT Corporation (“EQT”) of his decision to resign from his role as Executive Vice President Corporate Ventures & Midstream of EQT in order to accept a position at another company. EQT and Mr. Wingo agreed his resignation would be effective as of June 20, 2025.
