Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On April 16, 2025, EQM Midstream Partners, LP, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of EQT Corporation, issued a notice of redemption to the holders of its outstanding 5.500% Senior Notes due 2028 (the “Notes”), informing such holders that it will redeem 100% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes on May 1, 2025 for the redemption price set forth in the indenture governing the Notes. As of April 16, 2025, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes was $73,456,000.
