On August 9, 2022, the Company issued a press release reporting financial results for the second quarter ended July 1, 2022. A copy of the Company's press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into Item 2.02 of this report by reference. The Company has scheduled a conference call for 8:00 a.m. Eastern on August 9, 2022 to discuss its financial results.
