Item 8.01: Other Events

On May 28, 2025, Eton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of KHINDIVI®, the Company’s proprietary patented formulation of Hydrocortisone oral solution, a treatment for patients with adrenocortical insufficiency.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
