International Gaming Alliance Enters Three-Year Master Services Agreement With Lottery.com International

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, Aug. 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eva Live Inc. (NASDAQ:GOAI) ("Eva Live" or the "Company"), an artificial intelligence and technology company, today announced its expansion into the global online gaming and lottery industry through its 60% majority ownership of International Gaming Alliance ("IGA"). IGA has entered into a three-year Master Services Agreement with Lottery.com International Limited.

The relationship creates an international operating framework across Canada, Central America, South America, Southeast Asia and West Africa, combining Lottery.com International’s gaming technology, digital brands, affiliate and media infrastructure with Eva Live’s artificial intelligence, software development, advertising technology, analytics and customer-acquisition capabilities.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Eva Live owns 60% of International Gaming Alliance and appoints two of IGA’s three managers.
IGA’s three-year agreement with Lottery.com International covers approved lottery and gaming operations, technology, affiliate marketing, digital media, commercialization and international expansion.
IGA has access, as necessary for its performance, to Lottery.com International technologies including NEXUS and SPEKTRUM.
The framework covers approved activities in Canada, Central America, South America, Southeast Asia and West Africa, with additional territories subject to approval.
IGA may establish affiliate, media, referral and commercial partnerships and may collaborate on approved initiatives involving Sports.com, Concerts.com and TicketStub.com.
Technology and intellectual property developed by IGA in performing its services remain owned by IGA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
