Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Eventbrite, Inc. (the “Company”) is providing this disclosure in connection with the closures of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) and Signature Bank and the appointment of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. The Company informs its investors that the Company has no direct exposure to SVB or Signature Bank. The Company is continuing to operate its business and serve customers as usual.
