On December 26, 2023, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of EverQuote, Inc. (the “Company”), upon the recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board, approved the payment of a discretionary cash bonus in the amount of $1.4 million, subject to all required taxes and withholdings, to Jayme Mendal, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, in recognition of his performance in fiscal year 2023.
