Evofem Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) announces its decision to cancel its special meeting and the withdrawal from consideration by the stockholders of the Company the proposals set forth in the Company’s preliminary proxy statement filed with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission on September 23, 2024.
