On August 8, 2022, Evolution Petroleum Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its reserves as determined by its independent reserve engineers, DeGolyer & MacNaughton, and Netherland Sewell & Associates for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the press release, dated August 8, 2022, regarding the Company’s reserves for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
