Item 8.01. Other Events.

On June 28, 2022, Symbolic Logic, Inc. announced the final results of its modified “Dutch auction” tender offer to purchase with cash up to $9.6 million of shares of its common stock, at a price per share of $1.55.

Furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference is a copy of the press release announcing the final results of the tender offer.
