Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents award of time-vested restricted stock under the 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Award vests in three (3) substantially equal annual installments commencing on the first anniversary of the date of grant.

2. On February 26, 2025, the Reporting Person was granted 2,541 options under the Eagle Bancorp, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan to purchase common stock at an exercise price of $22.76 per share. The options are scheduled to vest in three substantially equal annual installments beginning on February 26, 2026.
