Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 1, 2025, 16,533 shares of Bally's Corporation (the "Company") restricted stock units vested. The Company retained 5,168 shares on that date to satisfy certain tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of Bally's Corporation common stock upon vesting in accordance with the terms of the reporting person's restricted stock unit agreement.

3. On June 8, 2023, the reporting person was granted 42,397 restricted stock units, of which 9,331, 16,533 and 16,533 will vest on March 1, 2024, 2025 and 2026, respectively.
