Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares represent a Performance Restricted Stock Unit granted on June 14, 2023. On July 2, 2026, the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors certified the level of achievement for the performance period ended June 14, 2026. The shares will settle on December 31, 2026 pursuant to the terms of the award agreement.
