On October 1, 2024, Ferguson Enterprises Inc. ("Ferguson") (NYSE:FERG, LSE: FERG))) announced that it has priced a public offering (the "Offering") of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior unsecured notes due 2034 (the "Notes"). The obligations of Ferguson under the Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed (the "Guarantee") by Ferguson UK Holdings Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Ferguson (the "Guarantor").
