Item 8.01Other Events.

On July 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of First Busey Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on July 29, 2022, to shareholders of record as of July 22, 2022.
